How long will it take before my banners are ready?

We normally get the design done within three business days. For package orders it might take upto seven working days depending on the volume of orders we have. We also do 24 hour rush job at an extra charge.

How do I order?

Click the ‘Order Now’ link in the top of our page or Click Here. Fill all the required fields in the Order Form. Complete the form submission.

What are PSD Files

PSD files are Adobe Photoshop source files, we create all our banners using Photoshop. These files are editable in Adobe Photoshop CS2, CS3 since they contain the individual layers.

How can I pay for my order?

You can make the payment either thru Paypal or by Credit Card. We don’t store any information.

I don't like my banner, can I request some changes?

Yes of course. We do 5 free revisions to your banners and our clients are well satisfied before that.

What kind of changes can/can't I request?

You can request any change but if the size (dimension) of the banner is changed or the text is completely changed, it will be considered a NEW banner and you will need to pay for it.

What is a static banner? What is an animated banner?

A static banner is one that has no movement, it is more like a fixed image. Animated banners are those which have a movement, either of some text or some image object of the banner.

It seems so complicated to make a banner, what information do you need from me?

We need from you the text that will go in the banner, your optional color preference, if theres any particular site which it should match with. Optionally you can also provide us your logo, stock images, unique images, though our designers will select the best stock image suited by default.

How much do your banners cost?

Our banner prices start from $14.95 and goes till $29.95 depending on the dimension of the banner.

I don't have a logo, is this included with my banner?

No, we don’t provide a logo service but if you don’t provide a logo, we create your company/site name in a style to match the look of your site.

Do you design flash banners?

For Flash Banners we will need to know your exact requirement first. Send us an email with the details to info@design4banners.com

Where can I send my files/material to?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is successfully placed. In this mail we will provide you the details for sending your files.

I'm not sure what I should include on my banner, can you help?

Ideally your banner should include a few lines of text which will motivate the viewer to check your site/offer, your logo (if you have one), website address, a call for action text which will generate a trigger to click and a few matching graphics (we will take care of it).

Do you design custom size banners?

Yes we design custom size banners. Send us an email at info@design4banners.com with the dimension and we will provide a quotation.

Will my banners include animation?

By default all our banners are animated. If you want your banner to be static please check the appropriate check box while filling the Order Form.

Do you have an affiliate program?

No we don’t have an affiliate program right at this moment but we have plans to launch one very soon.
